The conference includes a seated lunch. A vegetarian option is available on request. Please email Jenny MacQuarrie with your request by March 17 at noon.
The two lunch options are:
Poach Pear and Candied Pecan Salad
Served over Baby Arugula, Grilled Chicken and Goat Cheese
Tossed on a Chardonnay Vinaigrette
Grilled Vegetables
Rolled in Phyllo Pastry
Served over Salad
The conference also includes a continental breakfast in the early morning. Refreshments including coffee, water and snacks will be provided at the morning and afternoon breaks in the Conference Center and Lobby. Please note no food or drinks are allowed in the Theatre.
